PHYSIOTHERAPY IN LOW BACK PAIN

It will examine the specific problems and clinical approaches in low back pain from orthopedic, neurological, rheumatological and neurosurgical aspects. Emphasis in the symposium will be the novelties in physiotherapy in conservative treatment, surgical treatment, manual therapy and recovery of athletes.

PERSPECTIVES IN SPORTS MANAGEMENT AND VOLUNTEERING

The theme of volunteering in sport – its good practices and perspectives will be leading for the symposium and inherently related to the management and marketing of sport in all their fields of application. Modern issues and trends in the management of elite (professional) sport, amateur sport and sport for all will be discussed, children’s and adolescent sport, sports for workers, sport for elderly, etc.

PSYCHOLOGICAL PROBLEMS AND CHALLENGES TO CONTEMPORARY ELITE SPORT

The symposium will outline the main psychological problems and challenges faced by athletes, coaches and psychologists in modern elite sports.
Approaches will be presented for their solution. The role of the sports psychologist in the preparation and realization of the athlete and the team will be outlined.
